THE NYDream Act
ROMNEY TELLS NY DREAMER HE WILL VETO DREAM ACT ” Every year THOUSANDS of undocumented students graduate from NY high schools and face an uncertain future because of their immigration statues” The NYDream act asks for the right to survive, obtain higher education and be a productive member of society. Keep in mind many undocumented parents report taxes to the IRS. You don’t have to be legal to obtain a tax identification #, in order to contribute to your society (Hospitals, Schools, public schools, CUNYs, etc.) There ARE students that want to have a Better life, who study and work to achieve the best. Those students should have the right to better themselves, yes, they came here illegally but many have the POTENTIAL to make a difference and contribute to this country.
